With a small slaughter operation, butcher services and further processing, all under USDA inpection, we maintain the highest standards in quality from start to finish. We offer custom processing for local ranchers, as well as sell our locally made products to retailers around the county. Our products are made using only premium cuts of meat, quality ingredients and time tested recipes. We are all natural, add no gluten, sugar or preservatives of any kind to our artisan meats.
